New Artwork – Ian Rogers – a Warren of Rabbits

Another collective noun – today, a Warren of Rabbits.

We used to have a lot of wild rabbits on the farm where I spent my childhood. In the autumn it would start to get cold, and mostly field mice and sometimes rabbits would decide that our farmhouse looked like a great place to spend the winter in. There are few things more comical  than a tiny wild rabbit  zipping around and bouncing off the walls of a kitchen, eluding a bunch of grown men running around like a pack of idiots trying to catch it so it could be put back outside.
